Hi, I’m Anne.
Anne Miller, LCSW, PMHC, therapist and founder of Ampersand Therapy Co.
I'm a licensed social worker, therapist, and the founder of Ampersand Therapy Co. I'm also a coffee-drinking Iowa mom of 3 kids who completely redesigned her career after surviving postpartum anxiety.
I know how hard it is to deal with the curveballs that pregnancy and parenthood can launch your way – and that's exactly what led me to work with expecting, new, and busy parents. I founded Ampersand Therapy Co. to provide others with the life-changing tools and hope-inducing support I wish I had when I was going through my hardest days.
